Focused tools, explicit behavior

Both projects favor small surfaces over hidden machinery:

• Durability persists work in a Durable Object’s SQLite database, reconciles one physical alarm, and states its at-least-once boundary clearly.
• Shirei shells out to tools you already use and stores its directory registry in one local JSON file.

Durability is developed in the public avenceslau/durability repository and published as 4 npm packages. Shirei is distributed as the shirei crate.
